Is NeuArt finished, or still being built?
Still actively being built. You can sign up and start using it today, Free is a real, permanent plan, not a trial, but expect new features and refinements as we go. Where a change would materially affect a paying plan, we'll tell you first.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Free isn't a trial, it's a plan you can stay on for as long as you like: up to 20 works, one seat, a searchable catalogue and CSV export, all with no card on file.
What's the difference between Free and Studio?
Free gives you a proper, if capped, taste of NeuArt: up to 20 works, one viewing room, a few exhibitions and contacts, basic sales and a few invoices a month, plus your own calendar, to-dos and CSV export, both uncapped. Studio removes every cap and adds the tools a busier practice needs: PDF catalogues, certificates of authenticity, shipments, consignments, custom fields and bulk edit.
What happens after 20 works?
Nothing breaks. You just won't be able to add work number 21 until you upgrade. Everything you've already entered stays exactly as it is, and you can export it as a CSV any time, on any plan.
What does Professional add over Studio?
Studio already gives you the full toolkit, uncapped: unlimited viewing rooms up to 10, projects, invoices, sales and expense tracking, consignments, multi-location tracking, bulk edit and custom fields. Professional goes further: unlimited everything, up to 15 seats with role permissions, API access, custom-branded documents, multiple estates, deeper sales reporting and priority support.
Can I bring in my existing spreadsheet?
Not as a direct upload yet, CSV import is on its way. For now, "Add multiple" lets you batch-add works quickly, photos first, details after. It's usually the fastest way to get a backlog in, and you can export everything as a CSV any time.
Do the galleries or collectors I work with need an account?
No. A private viewing link works for anyone who has it, no sign-up, no password needed. You decide what they see, and you can turn the link off whenever you like.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, right from the billing page. There's no notice period. You'll drop back to the Free plan automatically, and you can export everything as a CSV whenever you like.
