Why do I have to register interest instead of just signing up?+
We're bringing artists in gradually while we finish the build, rather than opening the doors to everyone at once. Tell us which plan you're leaning toward and we'll email you as soon as you're in — it's usually quick.
Do I need a card to start?+
No. Free is a permanent plan, not a trial — 20 works, one seat, tag and search your catalogue, and CSV export, for as long as you like, with no card on file.
What's the difference between Free and Studio?+
Free gets a real, capped taste of the whole toolkit: up to 20 works, one viewing room, a few exhibitions, contacts, basic sales and a few invoices a month — plus your own calendar, to-dos and CSV export, both uncapped. Studio removes every cap and adds the operational tools: PDF catalogues, certificates of authenticity, a public portfolio, shipments, consignments, custom fields and bulk edit.
What happens after 20 works?+
Nothing breaks — you just can't add a 21th until you upgrade. Everything you've already entered stays exactly as it is, and you can export it as a CSV at any time, on Free or any paid plan.
What does Professional add over Studio?+
Studio already unlocks the full studio-manager toolkit, uncapped -- unlimited viewing rooms up to 10, projects, invoices, full sales and expense tracking, consignments, multi-location tracking, bulk edit and custom fields. Professional goes further: unlimited everything, up to 15 seats with role permissions, API access, custom-branded client documents, multi-estate management, advanced sales reporting and priority support.
Can I bring in my existing spreadsheet?+
Not as a straight upload yet — CSV import is on the roadmap. Today, "Add multiple" lets you batch-add works fast (photos in, details after), which is usually the quickest way to get a backlog in. You can export everything you enter as a CSV at any time, on Free or any paid plan.
Do the galleries or collectors I work with need an account?+
No. Private viewing links are visible to anyone with the link — no sign-up, no password. You control what they see and can expire the link any time.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, any time, from the billing page — no notice period. Cancelling drops you back to the Free plan automatically, and you can export a full CSV whenever you like.
