Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of NeuArt: the marketing site and the web application. By creating an account or using NeuArt, you're agreeing to them. NeuArt is currently operated directly by its founder rather than through a separate registered company; we'll update these terms once that changes.

NeuArt is in early access: signup is open, but the product is still actively being built. Features, limits and pricing described on the site may change as we go; where a change would materially affect a paying plan, we'll tell you before it takes effect.

• You need to be 18 or over to use NeuArt.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for what happens under your account.
• Give us accurate information when you register; it's how we reach you about your account.

• Free is a permanent plan, not a trial: up to 20 works, one seat, no card required, for as long as you like.
• Paid plans (Studio, Professional) are billed monthly or annually, in advance, through Stripe.
• You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the billing page, with no notice period. You'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for, then drop back to Free automatically.
• We don't offer partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where we're required to by law.

Everything you put into NeuArt (your catalogue, photos, contacts, records and documents) is yours. We don't claim ownership of it. You're giving us only the license we need to store, process and display it back to you (and to anyone you deliberately choose to share it with, like a private viewing room) in order to run the service.

You're responsible for having the right to upload what you upload (your own photography and documentation, for instance) and for what you choose to share through a viewing room link.

You can export your data as a CSV at any time, on any plan, whether or not you're a paying customer.

You agree not to:

• Use NeuArt for anything illegal, or to store or share content you don't have the right to.
• Try to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts.
• Use the service to send spam or abusive content through a viewing room or any other sharing feature.

NeuArt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. As an early-stage product we do our best to keep it reliable and to warn you of planned downtime where we can, but we can't guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

You can close your account at any time by getting in touch via the Contact page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses the service, or where a paid plan's bill goes unpaid, generally after trying to reach you first.

To the extent the law allows, NeuArt is provided without warranties of any kind, and our liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for a change that affects a paid plan, let you know directly.
